WHAT OUR CUSTOMERS SAY

The pastures are rolling with deep grass and clover. The horses are relaxed, hanging out together as horses are meant to do – grazing and communing. Weights were great, hooves trimmed, their good care obvious. In a time when things on the Internet are not always what they seem, Little Tree Farms is – and more.

A great place and great, caring and competent people who run it. Not just a retirement facility, also a first class rehabilitation facility. I sent a horse with suspensory issues from the east coast. After 8 months of rest and care from Alison, he was sold, and is still now competing in the mid west. I now have a 20 year old grand prix horse, guess where he’s going to retire?

We have also sent them a fifth horse that has a permanent injury and they have kept him fat and happy since his arrival. They respond promptly to my questions, and routinely send me updates on each of the horses. We have had the great opportunity to visit them and the horses on three occasions.

What is there not to recommend about Little Tree Farms? The ultimate retirement. The care is fantastic and honestly I don’t think my guy ever looked as good as when he went to live and be a horse as a horse should be … l feel so lucky to have found them!
